What is your favorite food and wine pairing?
A trip to the coast for fresh oysters and champagne!
If you had unexpected guests coming in an hour, what is your go to meal?
A Nicoise salad is so quick to put together and has a colorful presentation. I use a twist on the traditional by steaming or grilling seasonal veggies foraged from the garden and place them with grilled fish or meat dressed with a mustard vinaigrette. All sorts of wine pairings are possible!
What are the favorite places you have visited?
I enjoy the history and color of southern Spain, and I love the energy of NYC.
What is the favorite wine you produced? We’re having a lot of fun making Trousseau Gris- it’s so fresh and unique.
What woman has inspired you?
My mother and my grandmother- so different from one another yet so very strong in their own ways.
